The factory relies on a fully automated production line to achieve full control and efficient operation from raw material processing to finished product warehousing, specifically covering five core workshops:
Powder Grinding Workshop
Fully automated weighing, batching, feeding, and powder grinding integrated operation, precisely controlling the ratio of salt and natural sweeteners to form a uniform and soft dough base.
Extrusion and Cooking Workshop
Automatic conveying, extrusion, cutting, and cooling in one continuous process, creating spicy strip dough with consistent texture and thorough cooking.
Mixing and Seasoning Workshop
Relying on automatic weighing and mixing systems, non-GMO rapeseed oil, pickled chili, and other natural seasonings evenly penetrate, ensuring each spicy strip is full of flavor and layered.
Inner Packaging Workshop
Class 100,000 clean environment, with hourly full room air exchange, 15 three-stage air filtration and automatic ozone disinfection system, all monitored, recorded, and analyzed in real-time by central control to ensure a safe and stable packaging environment.
Outer Packaging Workshop
Compression packaging inspection to prevent air and oil leakage, manual re-inspection combined with automatic coding and carton sealing performed simultaneously, with strict quality control before release, achieving zero defects at shipment.
