The College of Food Science at Hunan Agricultural University grandly held the appointment ceremony for visiting professors.
On the afternoon of October 25th, the appointment ceremony for guest professors at the College of Food Science, Hunan Agricultural University, was held in the new conference room on the third floor of Building 8. Xu Wanghui, Chairman, and Yu Zili, General Manager of Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd., were appointed as guest professors of the College of Food Science. Attendees included Tang Yibo, Deputy Director of the Office of the People's Government of Pingjiang County, Yueyang City; He Michi, Party Secretary of the Pingjiang County Personnel Bureau; Li Duoduo, Director of the Pingjiang County Science and Technology Bureau; Xu Changgui, Vice Chairman of the Pingjiang County Federation of Trade Unions; Deng Fangming, Dean of the College of Food Science; and Xu Hekui, Party Branch Secretary.
At the ceremony, Xu Hekui, Party Branch Secretary of the College of Food Science at Hunan Agricultural University, read the appointment notice. Dean Deng Fangming presented the appointment letters to Xu Wanghui, Chairman, and Yu Zili, General Manager of Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd., as guest professors.
Chairman Xu Wanghui and General Manager Yu Zili each delivered acceptance speeches. They expressed that Hunan Agricultural University is one of the cradles for student growth and also a source of strength for enterprise development. They pledged to make modest contributions to agricultural education and teaching in Hunan. Tang Yibo, Deputy Director of the Office of the People's Government of Pingjiang County, gave a speech. He pointed out that the development of Pingjiang County is at the forefront of technological industries, emphasizing the vigorous development of innovative teams and talent cultivation through project-based approaches, which benefits the advancement of education.
Dean Deng Fangming gave a summary, expressing gratitude to the People's Government of Pingjiang County and Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd. for their strong support of the College of Food Science's education and teaching.
