Chairman's Speech at the 2024 Marketing Work Conference

Dear sales elites and partners:  

Good afternoon, everyone!

Time flies. After three days of summary, training, communication, and learning, we have reviewed the work of 2023, analyzed existing problems, and put forward excellent suggestions, ideas, and information. At the same time, we have also made detailed plans and breakdowns for the marketing work in 2024, proposing measures to solve specific problems. The company affirms the work of the marketing center management team and frontline marketing personnel over the past year! Here, on behalf of the company, I sincerely thank everyone for your hard work!

Next, I will mainly talk about four aspects:

1. Affirmation of the sales work in 2023. As you know, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and a polarized market pattern has formed. The strong survive and become stronger. Especially the leading companies in the industry rely on strong brand power, capital, and networks to strongly suppress us and seize the market. Under these circumstances, all marketing personnel, under the unified deployment and command of the company, have adhered to a deep marketing model, continuously built the market, fully utilized various social resources, and united with our dealer team to work together. We have initially completed channel penetration, product display promotion demonstration points, and the overall situation. Sales performance increased by 30% compared to last year. In January 2024, we successfully achieved the goal of a good start, with monthly sales reaching 30 million yuan, breaking through the 30 million yuan monthly sales mark for the first time in nearly three years, laying a solid foundation for sales in 2024! At the same time, our deep marketing model has already shown its power in some areas and has been promoted and replicated! This achievement is inseparable from everyone's hard work and dedication!

2. Confidence in the work of 2024. Colleagues, through our marketing reform pilot, our strategy is very clear, our model direction is clear, our processes and management systems have been clarified, and the results of our pilot areas have begun to emerge. Hunan is our model market for the deep segmentation model. In 2023, Hunan's sales performance was 21.0095 million yuan, an increase of 3.2 million yuan compared to 17.8095 million yuan in 2022. Even after excluding data from the snack system, there was still a significant increase, indicating that we have found the right path and our sales upward trend has formed. I am confident in our sales work. As long as the path is right, are we afraid of a long road? Once the correct trend is formed, increasing investment and accelerating development is a natural thing!

3. Emphasize the execution ability of sales personnel at all levels. Execution is especially important for sales work! The company has a clear strategic direction and precise marketing strategies. How to accurately implement and execute them is crucial! Empty talk harms the enterprise, practical work prospers it! Only by accurately understanding the company's strategic intentions and strategies, and persistently and thoroughly executing them, can orders be turned into actual actions and standardized operations. Ultimately, our sales team will work in a standardized way in the market, our customers at all levels will receive satisfactory sales services, our products will present a unified image on shelves, and our consumers will enjoy more convenient purchases. If our execution does not improve, our work instructions will be obstructed, the results we want will be compromised, our sales tasks will fail, and our market will be defeated.

Therefore, in the first half of 2023, the company proposed to focus on execution. We have completed the revision of various company processes and systems and introduced the DingTalk information office management system. I believe that with processes, information sharing, and the dedicated work of all colleagues present, our execution level will definitely improve significantly!

4. Three requirements for everyone's future work:

1. Have a sense of responsibility. An excellent professional manager must have a high sense of responsibility to the company; this is a professional spirit. Responsibility mainly shows in your respect for this profession and your accountability to the enterprise. The enterprise must fulfill its historical mission and social responsibility. Since the company trusts and selects you, it hopes you will use your intelligence and personal expertise in this position to contribute to the company's growth! Therefore, I hope everyone will not disappoint the company's expectations for your growth and will earnestly shoulder your responsibilities. I also believe that effort will be rewarded!

2. Be humble and willing to learn. I have emphasized over the years that we must build a learning organization. Our sales team should first be a learning team. The market changes rapidly now, with new business channels, new marketing models, and new excellent companies emerging continuously! In recent years, the industry has developed rapidly, with many companies achieving annual sales and collections exceeding 100 million yuan; as a leading county-level enterprise, we have been surpassed by newcomers who have grown into leading companies, and many in the industry think we have fallen behind in recent years. Only by being humble and learning from teachers, the market, and peers, drawing on their strengths, can you avoid falling behind. Our team is young and needs to learn humbly to progress quickly!

3. Have perseverance. As you know, the Long March could not have been completed without perseverance! Building a brand and market requires long-term, continuous investment and normalized efforts to build a solid market foundation. A century-old enterprise requires century-long planning! I hope our employees and sales personnel have perseverance and determination. Work site by site, attack region by region, accumulate small victories into great success! The company not only cares about your short-term sales but also focuses on the long-term sustainability and growth of your market!
