Good afternoon, everyone!

The Jade Rabbit treads on snow, the Golden Dragon welcomes spring. At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, as the year changes, we gather together to hold a grand Spring Festival party and banquet, saying goodbye to the past year and embracing a brand new journey.

This morning, we organized management personnel, cadres, and key staff from various departments to hold the 2023 year-end expanded management meeting of Wanghui Foods, reviewing the efforts and achievements of 2023, looking forward to the blueprint and vision for 2024. The results are inspiring, and the goals motivate us to strive forward.

The just-passed year 2023 was an extraordinary year for Wanghui Foods.

  This year was a year of united and concerted efforts. The Marketing Center re-planned and laid out the sales market, configuring plans to meet multi-level channel products. The R&D Center adhered to inheriting the spicy marinated flavor, increasing the upgrade, research, and innovation of raw materials, elevating the product's taste and quality to a new height. The Production Center focused on maximum capacity load, eliminated outdated facilities and equipment, introduced 6S management, greatly improving production efficiency. The Purchasing Center focused on optimizing product structure and raw material costs, using a combination of dynamic and stock procurement methods to significantly reduce purchasing costs. The Management Center devoted itself to service and supervision, strengthened external liaison and undertaking, led the promotion of the DingTalk information office management system, improving work efficiency.

  This year was a fruitful year of abundant harvest. Under the leadership of the business management team, the first year achieved a "double harvest" of sales and profits, with a growth rate reaching the industry's best level. Sales increased by 30% compared to 2022, the single product "stinky dried tofu" sold over 600 million packs annually. In 2024, we achieved another good news: January sales performance approached 30 million yuan, not only achieving a good start but also setting a historical record.

  This year was a glorious year of moving forward with honors. We continued the new chapter of food business development, adding 5 new provincial-level honors, including Hunan cultural tourism landmark enterprise, landmark product, 2023 listed reserve enterprise recognition, production inheritor, and Hunan food culture master. Also added 7 new county-level honors, including advanced unit in county labor competition, advanced team, advanced individual, third prize in "Ankang Cup" knowledge competition, advanced grassroots party organization, Furong model post, and special contribution award in the county food industry, etc.

These new achievements and honors are due to the wisdom and concerted efforts of the business management team, and even more due to the united and tenacious struggle of all colleagues present. Here, on behalf of the company and the business management team, I extend the warmest congratulations to the advanced teams and individuals honored today! I sincerely thank all cadres and employees for their hard work and selfless dedication! I express my heartfelt respect to the employees who have worked tirelessly and long-term on the production front line! You have worked hard!

The arduous path is truly like iron, but now we take a new step forward from the beginning.

2024 has started anew. The company will strive to build a bigger platform and broader stage, allowing everyone to fully display their talents and wisdom, and together create value and career belonging to Wanghui people. I hope all cadres and employees unite as one, anchor a strong will, and relentlessly strive and fight towards new goals!

  First, adjust the new strategic positioning. Clarify that the company’s main direction is noodle and bean products, while also doing well and optimizing the three seasoning sauces, steadily promoting them to the market. Clarify that the company’s snack foods mainly feature spicy marinated flavors, deepening and expanding on this basis, strengthening consumer memory and Wanghui flavor characteristics. Clarify a unified brand promotion positioning, focusing on the theme promotion and publicity of spicy marinated flavor, building the company’s master of marinated flavor and spicy marinated flavor culture. In short, clearly state with "Spicy marinated snack strips originate from Wanghui" that Wanghui Foods is the inheritor and innovator of spicy marinated flavor, and emphasize with "Over twenty years dedicated to spicy marinated retail" the company’s persistence and entrepreneurial spirit in spicy marinated flavor.

  Second, clarify new sales targets. The company has fully analyzed, planned, and adjusted the market, channels, and products, setting an annual sales target of 300 million yuan for 2024. It is hoped that all internal functional departments will take this target as direction, fully exert their functional value, involve their employees, and jointly ensure the supply of market-demanded products, continuously providing strong support and service.

  Third, stimulate new vitality in talent. On one hand, organize internal and external training to improve everyone’s work ability and service quality. On the other hand, optimize and improve department functions and job responsibilities, clarify rights, responsibilities, and benefits, and use performance appraisal as a guide to drive a good atmosphere where everyone innovates and strives.

  Fourth, achieve new product upgrades. Increase R&D investment, promote product upgrades and iterations, improve product taste and quality. Strictly manage production sites, implement 6S management, enforce quality system and food safety system management requirements, eliminate safety accidents, and ensure safe circulation of products in the market.

  2024 is a key year for the company to inherit the past and open the future, a year of striving to create new achievements. Everyone must establish confidence to surpass and determination to win, resolutely win the "Year of Improvement" and the "Breakthrough Battle" to catch up and advance. I believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, we will surely make further progress.
