Wanghui Company has been approved as a demonstration base for expert services in Hunan Province.
Recently, Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd., which was approved by the Hunan Provincial Expert Service Center as a demonstration base for expert services in Hunan Province, was officially awarded the plaque on the 18th.
More than a decade ago, Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd. settled in Pingjiang as an investment attraction enterprise by the Pingjiang County Party Committee and County Government. After more than ten years of development, the company now covers a total area of 80 acres, with total assets of 120 million yuan, over 1,000 employees, 86 professional technical personnel, and an annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan. It is one of the larger food production bases in Hunan Province. The company has developed three major industries: pure water and green beverage industry; flour processing and soybean product processing industry; and red culture tourism product development industry. The enterprise has been successively recognized as a National Excellent Leading Food Enterprise, Food Safety Demonstration Unit, Food Trust Tracking Unit by China Food Newspaper, "Youth Entrepreneurship Internship Base" awarded by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, AAA credit rating in Hunan Province, A-level quality credit enterprise, contract-abiding and trustworthy enterprise, and a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Yueyang City. The Food Science and Technology College of Hunan Agricultural University has designated the company as a teaching and research base. In May 2010, nine of the company's products were exhibited as famous and excellent products of Hunan Province at the Shanghai World Expo.
Professor Li Zongjun from the Food Science and Technology College of Hunan Agricultural University said at the awarding ceremony: Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd. was approved by the Hunan Provincial Expert Service Center as a demonstration base for expert services in Hunan Province. As the chief expert of the enterprise, I feel a great sense of responsibility. This is a pride for private enterprises and an honor for our Hunan Agricultural University. Our university will fully leverage the advantages of scientific and technological strength and spare no effort to support the development of Wanghui Company.
