The Party Building Alliance Promotes High-Quality Development of Enterprises

Recently, the Second Branch of the Yueyang Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau formed a "Party Building Alliance" and launched the "One Month, One Lesson, One Film, One Practice" activity in partnership with the Party Branch of Hunan Wanghui Food Co., Ltd. Both branches developed specific plans on how to advance the party building alliance and paired assistance. Secretary Yu Zili of the Wanghui branch expressed gratitude for the continuous care and support from the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau and reported on three aspects: first, the enterprise development report highlighting achievements in intelligent manufacturing, product innovation, brand promotion, base construction, industrial assistance, and social responsibility; second, the branch construction report, noting that as a provincial model party organization and an advanced grassroots party organization, the branch has made significant contributions to the enterprise, with party members playing an important role and the enterprise leading the industry in various tasks; third, a report on difficulties and problems encountered during development, including the need for full support from the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau in advancing agricultural projects, monitoring and reporting of leading enterprises, and policy support. Heads of various functional departments of the Second Branch provided detailed responses and offered specialized policy guidance and answers on leveraging the advantages of leading enterprises, securing favorable national policies, enterprise quality improvement, technological transformation, key industry assistance, cultural construction, and preparations for listing. Secretary Wu Xiaohu of the Second Branch of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau congratulated Wanghui on its achievements and firmly supported the high-quality development of leading enterprises. The party building alliance between the two branches aims for long-term communication and synchronized efforts to achieve results. Enterprises should target goals, seize opportunities, innovate development, and focus on solidifying, refining, optimizing, and enhancing their brand. As a provincial leading agricultural industrialization enterprise and a provincial agricultural industrialization demonstration consortium, the enterprise should leverage its advantages to achieve the dual goals of strong party building and strong development.
